Actually, if you used the Firefox Reset feature, then in effect you've already gotten rid of the localstore.rdf file once. Taskbar Disappears When On Internet If I turn that off, then... Then click on an explorer window then autohide starts working again.
I don't think it's a Windows 7 OS problem anyway because my full screen works great on YouTube videos as well as other sites on my Internet Explorer browser.

If restarting is not an option in your version of Windows I seem to remember that the Task Manager does allow you to run a command.
