I have set the Paging to 25. With custom paging, even if there were a total of 1,000 records to page through, if only 10 records were being displayed per page, then only 10 records would be retrieved if i have 7 rows data and pagesize set to 5, it will make 2 paging (first paging it will contains 5 rows and second paging have 2 rows) and i It's got ~20 internal users and 100 records.
