I use DELL Inspiron E1705 Laptop with Windows 7 Home premium. Toshiba Touchpad Not Working I may be wrong but it sounds like you don't reboot for days. I'm not sure why there are three. Or I could be using Firefox and I try to correct a typing error and notice my arrow key doesn't work.

I can press Shift+Arrow and I can highlight text, like it should do. You could try the old boot to safe mode and head to device manager and remove all the keyboards there method. F7 worked magic! I always worry about people that use that as a serious option right away.

You can use Alt or Shift plus the arrows to advance more frames. I never would have guessed the one on my Lenovo X220.

As usual after a reboot, everything works as it should. by R. Fixing this requires you to either activate a restore point at a date prior to when the touchpad stopped working, or you may need to perform an operating system repair installation. So I'm installing the new updates now.
