What do hdd have anything to do with usb and ram... Try a few things, like increasing ram voltage, and see if you can remove some of the sticks and see if you can figure out which sticks are defective. Ask !

That's weird, I thought that installing the driver disc that came with the motherboard was enough considering all the other 3.0 / 2.0 USB port works. It's the first board I have had with UEFI so there is some novelty factor there, but it is very easy to configure.
