I'm amazed she still had the USB extension cord- and the fix WORKED! i do not see how that would have any effect on it though. Take out the batteries first and dont connect any power 2. It must be tied to Yosemite and how the new OS handles USB somehow. I've tried everything. Was this answer helpful? Spend some of that £1000 on decent components, not curvy aluminium with no disk drive in it. I thought I was screwed at that stage.
I noticed the w key was a bit sticky, so i took it apart (with a paper clip) and messed around with it until it unstuck. THANK YOU SO MUCH. If I knew how to do the import, I'd had posted something. LOLYour results may vary.

Spilt some coffee and some of the keys aren't working properly. I do have Logitec's Special software "Unifying" for the mouse installed on El Capitan but it did not make a difference for this problem. it worked immediately with my Macbook Air. Thank you so much for sharing!
Just had a mild panic that I wouldn't be able to find the extension cable but … found it and … it works! we need to talk. My side number keys have stopped working after a coffee spill and I'm wondering if anyone has had success in reviving non-working keys??? Amazing indeed.
