i do not see how that would have any effect on it though. Take out the batteries first and dont connect any power 2. It must be tied to Yosemite and how the new OS handles USB somehow. I noticed the w key was a bit sticky, so i took it apart (with a paper clip) and messed around with it until it unstuck. THANK YOU SO MUCH. If I knew how to do the import, I'd had posted something. LOLYour results may vary.

Spilt some coffee and some of the keys aren't working properly. I do have Logitec's Special software "Unifying" for the mouse installed on El Capitan but it did not make a difference for this problem. it worked immediately with my Macbook Air. Thank you so much for sharing!
