I tried looking for the fuse and relay under the steering wheel panel. You will need to loosen the sill plate at the door to get the panel off. Were you stationary when the AC tripped out? With the ignition on and the engine not running, shorting these two terminals should force the run-on to operate and hence the fan should start up...

Back home, I pulled the codes and got: 18339 P1931 002 Coolant Fan Control Module-J293 Malfunction Intermittent OK... Now ac is now cutting off when not moving.
